I ordered 2 prints and
I ordered 2 prints and one, the one I was most interested in obtaining, was canceled without communication other than that a refund was being provided. Since the refund was less than the cost of the canceled item due to a discount that was eliminated, I won't be doing business with the Black Art Depot again.
I do apologize for the lack of communication on our part. That item was out of stock and on and extended backorder so we shipped you the item that was available. The refund that was applied to your order as for the cost of the item less the portion of the 5% discount that you received that applied to that item. We refunded you exactly what was paid for the item. I don't want you to think that we refunded you less than what was paid for the item. If you need any supplementary information to verify you of this please let me know and we would be happy to forward this information to you.
