I will say I don't think I will ever order anything else from this company. My original shipment was missing orders with no mention of items being discontinued or on back order. When my final item of my original order arrived yesterday it was the wrong item. I ordered the Power of Education Mousepad not picture print. I would just suggest paying closer attention to detail

Normally on the packing slip that ships with an order there is notification that certain items are still on backorder. Clearly this didn't happen and needs to be addressed. The incorrect item that was sent to you was a fulfillment error as well and something that needs to be addressed too. You can keep the art print free of charge and we will ship you the mousepad next week. I sincerely apologize about any inconvenience or frustration this matter may have caused you.
