I did order the Peace

I did order the Peace Ornament and when I received it, it wasn't an ornament that you can hang which is what was pictured. I tried to email and also do a return, but my emails weren't answered. I was very disappointed with the service. I ended up just ordering another one so I could have an ornament to hang before Christmas.

This clearly sounds like a manufacturer issue where the hook wasn't included in the box with the item.
