Fred Mathews is a self-taught artist that hails from Chicago, Illinois and is a graduate of Dunbar Vocational High School where he studied commerical and fine art. His artwork has been featured in a wide variety of magazines and galleries throughout the United States. Fred Mathews is a self-taught artist that uses a combination of air-brushing, acrylic and oils to create his popular contemporary and urban artwork.
