Picture was never received and no refund either

I ordered this painting April 8th and received a call that this picture was no longer available. I was asked if there was another picture I would like to purchased and there was not. I am still waiting on my refund. Sent this company an email and did not receive a response back. Very disappointed. I have ordered from this company before and was completely satisfied with my purchases. Will be filing a claim with PayPal.
