Disappointed

On 2/23/19 - I ordered 4 prints and a shirt in 2 separate orders and I have only received the shirt and one print. I’ve emailed and called the company several times, 3/12/19 I was told that email is the best connection. I was told that the shirt and prints shipped from 2 separate locations and my prints have yet to arrive even after a second email was sent 3/20/19. I then received a refund for one of the framed prints because now it’s no longer available, I’m assuming and at 1am this morning 3/22/19 I get a notification that my order has now shipped. Mistakes happen but I feel sending me a request to give a review on an item I don’t have is a little off and annoying. Selling stuff you no longer have or forgot to ship and now it’s sold out is extremely disappointing.
