Ordered the Angel for a friend, when she opened the box one of the wings was broken off. Called your company for a replacement and a shipping label to return broken item. Received the shipping label & returned broken item, still waiting for confirmation new one was shipped to girlfriend. I'm a little disappointed in your service.
