Not the advertised size

This is a beautiful piece but it is not a 12 x 12 which is disappointing! I ordered a frame for this piece in advance with a custom mat which does not work the way it’s supposed to. I had to be creative but I’m still unhappy with it. I have reached out to the Black Art Depot through email several times a long with several calls leaving voice messages to no avail. I just wanted the correct size…the size advertised. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard from anyone which saddens me. They hold an important place in the art community. The work is beautiful and I praise the artist! However, please have the correct specs listed.
