About the Artist
Born in Kinshasa and raised in Normandy, France, Nicholle Kobi turned a lifelong love of drawing into an internationally recognized brand. She launched her Paris studio in 2014 and moved her work to New York in 2018. Her illustrations celebrate Black women with elegance and joy, and they have been featured by Essence, Ebony, Elle and Hallmark, among many others.
