My friend said she loves the mug, but it is cracked (my reason for 4 Stars). She added that it goes with her interior design, and she already has a spot for the replacement. Thank you in advance for providing an uncracked replacement (5 Stars).

Received broken and returned for replacement

I ordered this mug and it was received with a broken handle which I promptly returned after getting return approval from company. The replacement mug was never received, which was needed for a gift. I emailed Black Art Depot several times with no response to my emails. It’s now too late to gift the mug so I am now in need of a refund. I emailed co. to ask for refund if replacement not received by a certain date. I have yet to received a response. I tried calling also but no one answered the customer service line. I’m part of an organization that would be able to give this company quite a bit of business however I’m not able to recommend this company with the lack of honesty and poor customer service.

My sincere apologies about this issue. I have just double checked and indeed we didn't reship the mug. This wasn't due to a lack of honesty, I assure you, but due to an oversight on our part. A complete service failure after promptly addressing your initial issue. I will look into this to see where we dropped the ball. I seee that we were communicated with you via ticket up until the message you sent on June 5th at which point the agent failed to respond. In any event, I have refunded you for the mug and we will ship it to you complimentary so you can give it as a belated gift or gift it to the person of your choice.
