- Wrong delivery address - We shipped to incorrect address due to our processing error

If items are missing from your order, please first check your customer account order history to see if your order shows as "Partially Fulfilled" - this means we intentionally split-shipped your order and remaining items are coming separately. Only contact us about missing items if your order shows as "Fulfilled" but you didn't receive everything.
