  • Wrong delivery address - We shipped to incorrect address due to our processing error

⚠️ Important: Check for Split Shipments First

If items are missing from your order, please first check your customer account order history to see if your order shows as "Partially Fulfilled" - this means we intentionally split-shipped your order and remaining items are coming separately. Only contact us about missing items if your order shows as "Fulfilled" but you didn't receive everything.
