All I ordered were calendars

The item was great but it took a month to receive them. Customer service is a negative 10. No response to vm, emails, or IM. Worst experience ever

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. I sincerely apologize for the customer service experience. One of the checkbook planners (C179) went out of stock right before Christmas and it looks like this order shipped as soon as it came back in stock. Over the holiday cycle our support staff was not able to keep up due to a much greater demand than projected. We will address that issue next year in Q4 so that we can offer the same experience we provide during the rest of the year. I am happy that you like the product but I am going to speak with management to see what I can do to attempt to make this bad customer service experience up to you. My sincere apologies again for any displeasure and I will be back in touch.
