Terrible

Art not canvas and delivery terrible as well. The Customer Service is terrible and not honest about shipping the art in a timely manner. And, because of these issues I have requested an Unsubscribe but they keep sending emails anyway.

Hi Mattie, We are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Our aim is to ensure that our customers are not just satisfied with our products, but also with our customer service. You placed your order on May 18 and all items were shipped to you on May 20 except for one item "Sound of Joy and Gratitude" which is a made on demand giclée and takes 3-7 business days to be processed and shipped. That information can be found on the website under Product Description. "Sound of Joy and Gratitude" was shipped to you but was returned by sender because there was no one at your residence to accept the package and it needed to be signed for, so they could not just leave it there without a signature. We advised you of this and that we could reship it out again but you requested a refund which we went ahead and issued to you immediately.
