The Santa itself is very nice but the head on mine arrived broken! I didn't want to return it because it took a long time for me to receive it ..I ordered back in early Sept then got a notice it was out of stock. I emailed the company staying I would wait for it to come in. I called about a week ago and spoke to a very nice young lady who saw they had 1 in stock and shipped it to me. I was able to carefully crazy glue the head back. So far so good. The full beard on Santa covers it.
