Shipping Policy

Our Policy

The Black Art Depot strives to ship all orders out to our customers in a timely fashion. It usually takes between 1 to 3 business days for our staff to process and ship your order unless an expedited shipping option has been selected. Once The Black Art Depot has processed and shipped your order, the actual delivery time varies depending on the shipping address and shipping method selected.

Shipping Cost

Our shipping costs are based on the shipping method selected, the shipping address, the price and the weight of your total order. The total shipping cost will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to payment. If you would like to receive an estimated shipping cost without having to add your items to the shopping cart, if you have any questions about the shipping cost for your order or if you don't see the shipping method you are seeking please contact our office via email at: support@blackartdepot.com or via phone at: 1-800-525-7249.

Please note that you will need to contact our office and place your order via phone if your shipping address is in Guam, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau or the Marshall Islands. We currently don't support shipping to these locations via our online order system at this time.

On some very rare occasions the system may display a shipping cost that is far below our actual shipping cost. When this occurs we will promptly notify the customer and provide them with the proper shipping cost and an explanation and give them the opportunity to pay the extra fees or cancel their order.

Note: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Backorders

The Black Art Depot strives to provide a timely and efficient service for all of our customers. We keep a large amount of art prints in our warehouse and have a large and established distribution chain to get the art prints that we do not have in stock. Our inventory is dynamic and changes from week to week. In some cases an item may not be in stock or may be sold out when we receive your order. If we cannot process and ship the order within 5 business days we will notify you via email or phone to inform you of the status of your order and the projected ship date. If you decide that you do not want to wait for the item please inform our staff at this time and we will cancel your order immediately.

In some rare cases, an item may no longer be available. If this occurs we will notify you immediately, cancel your order and remove the print from our website.
