The nativity I ordered no longer available

I bought a nativity through Black Art Depot. It was broken. I was told they would send me a new one immediately. That was a month ago. So I bought this one....FROM AMAZON. It is very nice (it was cheaper there too). I still would have rather had the other one, but I want one without a broken wing on the angel and a broken staff on the shepherd. I called and left several messages. I contacted through email. I messaged on the website. I never heard from them after they said they would send me one immediately. Terrible customer service. I warned you I would give a bad review. So 3 stars because this nativity is very nice but the service is awful.
